PCL Energy Performance Certificates
PCL has recently launched it’s new Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Service. The EPC is being introduces to the Social Housing and private rental sectors in October 2008. PCL will be offering assistance as well as the delivery of the EPC for it’s partners over the next coming months.

PCL Home Insulation
PCL now delivers a home insulation scheme, which includes loft and cavity wall insulation.
The scheme is available to anyone who owns their own home or rents privately, in the east of England. It could cost as little as £179 for cavity wall insulation or £199 for loft insulation for a 3 bedroom semi-detached house.
We are also offering people in the UK aged over 70 grants for free loft and cavity wall insulation. These grants are limited and available on a strictly first come first served basis.
In addition, a new scheme aimed at social landlords that provides funding for energy saving measures in social housing is currently available.
